About Us
Our Philosophy
MeMi Collective - the fashion brand that believes that what you wear should bring you joy, regardless of gender identity. Our timeless and versatile apparel is designed for anyone who puts it on and feels a sense of happiness. Based in Nanaimo, BC, our designs are simple yet sophisticated, perfect for any occasion.
But we don't just stop at style - we believe that clothing should have a conscience. That's why we use primarily fabric made from sustainable fibers and manufacture everything ethically and locally in Vancouver, BC. So not only will you look good in MeMi Collective, but you can feel good too.

Our Story
The Me of MeMi is Megan. Megan is a Women’s wear designer, the owner and co-founder of MeMi Collective. She graduated with a diploma in Fashion Arts from John Casablancas and has been sewing since childhood.
The Mi of MeMi is dedicated to Miranda. Miranda is founder and designer of Whistle & Flute Clothing, a brand of unisex, fashion forward clothes for families. She is an original founding partner of MeMi but has since moved on to focus on her family and Whistle & Flute. MeMi Collective wouldn't be what it is today without her passion and influence.
Indigenous Land Acknowledgement
We acknowledge and honor the traditional territory of the Snuneymuxw, Snaw-naw-as, and Stzuminus people, upon whose ancestral lands we live, work, and gather.
We recognize the enduring connection that Indigenous peoples have to this land and express our gratitude for their stewardship over generations.
